Columbus Indiana Destination Wedding for California couple Janice & Nick

You don’t often think of Indiana as a “destination wedding location” but Janice and Nick did just that. They had their wedding at Nicks Aunt’s White Creek Acre property in Columbus, Indiana as it would be a great place for California and Indiana family and friends to unite for their nuptials. Nick’s Aunt put SO much work into all of the landscaping, flowers, and even made personalized signs scattered across the grounds for the couple.  Janice and Nick brought the SoCal weather as it was absolutely beautiful with no rain and very low humidity– not common for Indiana! For a photographer, it was an absolute joy to document this wedding as everyone was so friendly, and Janice and Nick’s love for each other was a beautiful thing to see and photograph. Not to mention it reminded me of my Californian roots. There were happy tears all around that both my second photographer, Greg, and I captured. One thing I can’t forget to mention, Janice’s sweet Chihuahua, Jersey was in attendance which was beyond adorable. Their other 3 dogs were represented on their cake topper, too.

Favorite photo of the day– Janice you are STUNNING!

Love Janice’s hair in the right photo before their first look

Janice’s Dad emotion was so sweet– it had me misty eyed

Photobooth mayhem begins– that post will be coming very soon…
