Zionsville Child Photographer: Max’s 3rd Birthday Party

Thursday, April 1st, 2010

Max is a rambunctious guy. I remember photographing their family Christmas photo last winter and the minute I turned around he was honing in on my strobes trying to determine what each button did. Luckily we averted his attention but it was a close one.

This last weekend in March, his birthday party was held in Zionsville. The theme was Thomas the Train, and his mom did a smashing job at decorating everything  to the last T. There were choo-choo cupcakes, a conga locomotion dance line, full train track play set, and even a pop up train tent.

My favorite moment was when it was time to decorate the mini train cupcakes and all the kids proceeded to dump frosting all over. Max kept shaking out sprinkles even though the train, plate, table, and floor were a glitter in colorful sugared flecks.

Columbus Indiana Child Photography::: Eowyn

Sunday, May 24th, 2009

Last weekend I caught up with a friend and her adorable little girl Eowyn. She feel in love with Lola my chihuahua who was unsure about the friendship. Eowyn is a delightful girl with maturity beyond her years. We spent some time outside taking photos and she has the most intense and beautiful eyes of any child I’ve ever known. After some fun photos we watched Happy Feet which I still have stuck in my head a week later.
