Bottleworks Indianapolis Engagement Session – Eryn and Tony
Eryn and Tony wanted a Chicago-esque sexy feel for their engagement session. Bottleworks ended up to be the perfect location for their vision. They started their session in formal attire, which I love love when couples go all out. With a photo permit, we were able to take photos throughout Bottleworks which I absolutely love. It is a new gem for Indy that I photographed for the New York Times back in February. I can not wait to work with these two again in 2022 as it will be an amazing, lively celebration!
Q+A with the couple:
How did you two meet? We met in 2019, while Tony was in Indiana for work. Tony lived at the time in the Chicago suburbs and I lived in Indianapolis. After two years of long distance, Tony made the move to Indiana and three months after moving here, he proposed.
First date? Our first date was at Top Golf. Tony loves to golf, me.. not so much. Tony showed off his golf skills while I showed off my ability to throw back 7 vodka sodas and still be able to function normally.
Proposal story? Tony surprised me with a hot air balloon ride and right after the ride when we were getting out of the balloon he got down on one knee. His family and my family were watching the entire thing from a party bus right around the corner. After I said yes, they all surprised me by running out of the bus. The surprise was not over though… We took the party bus to Prime 47 where my closest friends from Indiana and Illinois were there. We celebrated in a private back room and partied the night away.
Wedding plans? Our date is June 11, 2022. Tony really wanted a late spring/early summer wedding. Our ceremony is at Tabernacle Presbyterian Church downtown and our reception is at the Omni hotel downtown as well. We want our guests to enjoy themselves so there will be lots of food and drinks along with great music to dance the night away!
