Inn at Irwin Gardens Fall Wedding

Abbie and Robert’s Fall Inn at Irwin Gardens Wedding

Abbie and Robert have been planning their day for a long time. I think I met with Abbie over a year and a half ago! Despite all the challenges this year brought, the pair had a fairy tale day at the Inn at Irwin Gardens. The fall weather was brisk, but pleasant for their outdoor celebrations. Cheers to the happy newlyweds!! Congrats!

Bride and Groom Q+A

Overview of your day? When we first started looking for venues I wasn’t liking anything until we happened to see the inn at Irwin gardens pop up online and something just pulled Robert and I to that place. Once we did our first tour we looked at each other and new it was going to be our venue. For our decorations I wanted simple and I love pumpkins so we combined the pumpkins with simplicity. Our wedding day was perfect it couldn’t have been any better. Our style was the great Gatsby with a modern twist.

Your gown? My dress was very special to me. I actually picked it before I was engaged because it was perfect. When I was little I would sit and look at bridal magazines with my grandpa. In one of the magazines there was this beautiful dress that I loved but it was way out of my price range and I found that dress when I was 5. I happened to find my wedding dress that was almost the exact same one from that magazine so it felt like a part of my grandpa was with me on my wedding day.

Favorite moment(s)? My favorite moment was the first look with Robert and my dad.

Funniest moment(s)? The whole morning before the wedding started the bridal party was playing tag and each time we would tag someone we would say no tag backs. Well right before We walked down the aisle I made sure someone tagged me so once I got up to Robert I whispered to him tagging him.
