Taylor + Chris Rennisance Schaumburg Fall Wedding
Taylor and Chris were married in early October in Chicagoland. Their wedding day had so many gorgeous elements, laughter, and happy tears. Accessory to the Party with Yanni Designs, created jaw dropping decor that set the scene for an elegant evening. Their champagne seating chart blew everyone away with its grandeur and creativity.
While we did get caught in the afternoon downpour, that didn’t damped the day. Taylor and Chris sprinted back under cover while laughing the entire time. These two are as good as it gets. Their joy, love, and happiness was felt throughout the day. Thank you both and families. It was truly an honor and I hope these images bring back happy memories! We are so thankful to have captured it all!

Wedding overview? We actually got engaged at the steakhouse at the Renaissance and I went to grade school where we had the ceremony so each place held a spot in our hearts. With the chandeliers and the ambiance at the Renaissance, how could you have it anywhere else? The decor was inspired by my mom and Instagram. We wanted an elegant wedding with lots of flowers and sparkle. A nice glowing room when people walked in and a party to go along with it. The champagne wall was from Instagram, but Yanni let us put our own flare to it.
We picked the date because our anniversary of 5 years was October 4, we got married on October 5th, and engaged on October 6th. Makes it easy on my husband to remember important dates (just kidding).
Overall the day was more than perfect. It was a better than a dream wedding, better than out of a magazine. Surrounded by everyone we loved, professing our love to each other, and enjoying some delicious food and cocktails. I am so happy when I imagine the day over and over again. It will be a day that will be hard to top in our lives. It saddens us to know we can’t go back, but we are so happy to continue to look at the photos you took of us!
What inspired your wedding style? My mom’s style definitely inspired me. Instagram actually had great ideas that I build off of and the Renaissance Schaumburg and Yanni Design studio understood my vision and made it happen
Your wedding gown? Chris may have stepped on my gown and broke the bustle haha! I want to get back in my gown and go out in it, it fit me perfectly. Elegant and sophisticated with a little sass
Favorite moment(s)? Our first kiss, our personal vows to each other and getting to see the room together looking so beautiful while everyone else was at cocktail hour
Funniest moment(s)? When we ran in the rain to get some coverage to say our personal vows to each other, my dad seeing me for the first time and him walking me down the aisle to my smiling Chris and dancing the night away with our family and friends
