Spring Laurel Hall Indianapolis Wedding
Winnie and Jeff have been an amazing couple to work with. They are so kind, genuine, and fun to be around. Their wedding was equally as sincere. Both the ceremony and reception took place at the stunning hidden Indianapolis gem that is Laurel Hall.
Their day was magical and full of surprises. The first unknown element to Jeff was the super hero elements on the back of the cake. Then, Winnie changed into a stunning floor length red lace gown for the reception. At the end of the night, they had a sparkler exit which is always a favorite.
I am so thankful to have been their photographer. They left lots of time for photos throughout which helped me capture some unforgettable portraits that I hope they’ll cherish for decades to come! Thank you Winnie and Jeff!!! It was an honor!
Bride and Groom Q+A
The wedding day was great! It started off with Rachel and I sleeping in, getting brunch at First Watch, and getting ready. Tara’s timeline was amazing, we stuck with it and didn’t feel rushed or behind on schedule at any point. Tara’s team was amazing as well and took care of everything, I just had to take care of getting ready and getting married =) Laurel hall popped up as a venue option in Indianapolis on wedding wire. I absolutely fell in love with it even more when I saw it for the first time in person. The mansion/castle feel from the outside to all the details on the inside. The grand staircase is my absolutely favorite thing about Laurel Hall. I knew I wanted a may wedding because I wanted to have peonies at my wedding and didn’t want it to be on a holiday weekend. May 20th was my only May option left for Laurel Hall haha.
Jeff’s favorite moments – seeing me walk down the aisle, seeing the babies walk down the aisle, getting ready and hanging out with his friends, seeing everyone at the wedding
my favorite moments – seeing all dressed up and super handsome, seeing all the friends and family that traveled near and far to celebrate with us, dancing with my daddy
All the things the babies did – at the rehearsal: James (ring bearer) dumping the entire basket of flower petals
Funniest moments at the wedding: the babies walking down the aisle, other kids in the wedding calling out my name during the ceremony, etc.
