Q& A with Stefanie & Erik:
Favorite Moment: Erik: The ceremony and seeing Stefanie for the first time in her dress. Stefanie: The first dance. I felt like I could finally take a deep breath and share a laugh with my new husband. It was the part I was most nervous for leading up to the day, but it ended up being a very peaceful and happy moment.
Funniest Moment: Right after the Best Man and Maid of Honor finished their toasts, one of our groomsmen (Aaron) received a sports update on his phone. The room was completely silent except for the faint melody of the ESPN theme song. Hilarious and wouldn’t have changed it!
Favorite Detail: We really loved all of the details of our wedding because it truly felt original and like us. Every single one of our vendors exceeded our expectations to create the most beautiful day for us. Erik and I walking in to “Bear Down, Chicago Bears” and then being serenaded by all of our Guests was such a fun moment and brought everything full circle considering the Bears are the reason we met.
